(China) Shahe Fencun – Guangzhou rice noodle village
Rice noodle is one of the main staple food in Southern China, unlike regular noodle, the texture of rice noodle itself is smoother and softer. If you wonder why Guangzhou rice noodle is so popular, I am sure the spring water of Mountain Bai Yun takes the important role as one of the ingredient of the rice noodle which keep the noodle look clear and chewy.
We found this restaurant right at the hillside of Bai Yun Shan (Mount Bai Yun), the restaurant doesn’t sell variety of food, mostly focus on rice noodle.
Stir frying the noodle with soy sauce make the color of the noodle become more attractive. It is hard to make this dish because it is easy to screw everything up by either make the noodle too oily or dry. I personally like this one a lot because the beef is very soft and cooked right to the point.
Stir fried rice noodle with beef (28RMB)
Noodle soup with beef brisket (28RMB)
The beef brisket is soft and rich in flavor, noodle is smooth.

Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using?
I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs
and I’m looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I
had to ask! http://experiett.net/forum/index.php/15049-the-results-of-marijuana-on-people-with-depression/0
excellent points altogether, you just gained a new reader. What would you recommend about your post that you made some days ago? Any positive?
Thanks for this nice post. …
I love it whenever people get together and share ideas.
Great blog, continue the good work! benfica
