(Recipe) How to Make Chia Seeds Yogurt Breakfast Cup – Low Calorie High Fiber Breakfast Selection
Chia seeds are widely loved by people for their zero fat, high fiber and high protein. This Chia seed mousse is not only suitable for morning consumption, but also rich in nutrients, which can meet the daily nutritional needs of the human body. Ingredient
- Yellow Peach —— 300G
- Mint Leaf —— a little bit
- Raspberry —– 2G
- Blueberry —– 2G
- Plain Yogurt —– 100G
- Cornflake —– 10G
- Cucumber —- 1
- Banana —— 1
- Chia Seeds —— 15G
How to Make
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, soak the chia seeds in the plaint yogurt for half an hour (You may choose the plain yogurt with lighter texture).
Step 2: Slice the cucumber in half and then in slices.
Step 3: Slice the yellow peach in slices.
Step 4: Slice the banana as thin as possible, prepare it for decoration usage later.
Step 5: Take 3 to 4 slices of banana slice and place them on the inner edge of the bottle.
Step 6: Use the electric blender to blend the cucumber slices and the banana.
Step 7: Pour the mousse into the bottle.
Step 8: On the top of the mousse, place the yogurt with the chia seeds (See step 1).
Step 9: Use the electric blender to blend the peach slices and the banana.
Step 10: Again, place another layer of peach mousse into the bottle.
Step: 11 Finally, sprinkle some cornflakes, raspberry and blueberry on the top.
