Pad Kra Pao – Thai Style Stir-fry With Basil
Pad Kra Pao or Pad Kra Pow is a Thai signature dish, it is the basil stir fry with rice and generally cook with pork or beef. However, most of the restaurant usually cook with pork unless you have special request. Since I am a beef lover, for this recipe I choose to use beef. It is super yummy, let’s jump to the recipe of Pad kra Pao!
Ingredient
Minced meat (I used beef) — 90 grams
Basil leaf — A little
Chili — 1-2 small pieces
Onion — 40 grams
Oyster sauce —- 1 tablespoon
Fish sauce —- 1 teaspoon
Chopped Garlic — A little
Egg —- 1

2. Hot oil in the pot, stir fry the onion, chili, garlic dices.
3. Cook until the onion is in translucent color. Add the beef, I also add a spoonful of cooking wine.
4. Add fish sauce and oyster sauce. You can also adjust base on your preference.
