Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh Clam
  • 2 pieces Red and green peppers
  • 2 pieces Ginger
  • 2 pieces Garlic
  • 2 pieces Shallot
  • 60 ml White wine
  • a little Salt
  • 1 thin slice Butter

Instructions
