Prepare ingredients. Chop the onion in dices. The basil leaves are washed and use the kitchen paper to dry them.
Hot oil in the pot, stir fry the onion, chili, garlic dices.
Cook until the onion is in translucent color. Add the beef, I also add a spoonful of cooking wine.
Add fish sauce and oyster sauce. You can also adjust base on your preference.
Add the basil leaf.
You can turn off the fire when the basil leaf is shrunk.
Lastly, place everything nicely with a sunny side up egg and a bowl of rice.
