  • 90 g Minced meat
  • A little Basil leaf
  • 1-2 pcs Chili
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • A little Garlic
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 bowl Rice


  • Prepare ingredients. Chop the onion in dices. The basil leaves are washed and use the kitchen paper to dry them.
  • Hot oil in the pot, stir fry the onion, chili, garlic dices.
  • Cook until the onion is in translucent color. Add the beef, I also add a spoonful of cooking wine.
  • Add fish sauce and oyster sauce. You can also adjust base on your preference.
  • Add the basil leaf.
  • You can turn off the fire when the basil leaf is shrunk.
  • Lastly, place everything nicely with a sunny side up egg and a bowl of rice.
